Police Commemoration Day 2023 and Other Commemorative Events (22nd to 30th October 2023)

Commemorative Event organised by CISF at NPM on 22nd October 2023.

About 250 personnel and family members of CISF including family members of martyrs of the force attended Commemorative events at National Police Memorial in the morning on October 22, 2023. They paid homage to the martyrs at Central Sculpture, visited the museum and the theatre where video clips were played. The martyrs' families also paid homage at the Wall of Valour, where names of their martyrs have been engraved. The senior officers of CISF interacted with the family members of the martyrs and a felicitation ceremony was organised for them.
In the evening, DG CISF laid the wreath at Central Sculpture and around 300 personnel and family members of the CISF paid homage to martyrs. This was followed by Brass and Pipe Bands display and screening of short films on Service, Sacrifice and Valour of the force.
