Commemorative Event organised by SSB at NPM on 27th October 2023.
Shri Ajay Kumar Mishra, Hon'ble Union Minister of State for Home, Smt. Rashmi Shukla, Director General, Sashastra Seema Bal, alongwith families of SSB's brave martyrs, 100 school children and 500 force personnel paid homage to the martyrs.
Visitors laid wreaths at the central sculpture of National Police Memorial and witnessed a band display in the memory of bravehearts.
During day time kins of martyrs and 50 school children took a round of NPM and paid homage to martyrs at wall of valour. Senior officers of SSB interacted with them.
A short film made on SSB's martyrs was also screened.
Earlier in the morning a motorcycle rally of 200 personnel was organized from 25th Bn, Ghitorni to Gurugram and back and a blood donation camp was organized at Force Headquarters, SSB, New Delhi, in which 100 personnel donated blood.
Besides, a painting competition was organized at five schools of Delhi and paintings made by students were also displayed at NPM.
